Online Booking
We are pleased to introduce online booking! On this page, you can access our five spa locations’ online booking systems to create and view your own appointments. If you have signed in and booked your own appointments with us before, please go ahead and choose your salon location.
Online Booking Instructions
1. To secure your privacy and confidentiality, you must first request your login and password by email to info@gouldsalons.com. Please send your name, phone number, and which locations you will be visiting and your password will be sent to you. Please note this may take up to 48 hours. After you log on, please update your client file if desired.
2. After you log into the location you’re visiting, on the main screen please click on Book Appointments and then follow the step by step directions for reserving an appointment.
3. Make sure you print your confirmation number or save the one that will be emailed to the address saved on your client file.
4. Please note that each location is set up separately so you will need to request for your user information to be set up for multiple locations.
